As a student, you decide what you want to play. Together, we’ll choose a repertoire to dive into. Depending on your goals, our lessons can cover topics such as: playing technique, reading music, composing or recording your own music, improvisation, or covering songs. The teacher will ensure a fun and healthy balance. There are no "musts"—it’s all about what you want to learn. To get a feel for playing in a rhythm section, we work with drum loops or backing tracks. There is also plenty of room for improvisation or writing your own music. Your own input is essential; you choose the music you love, and the teacher will tailor the lessons to your taste. For those interested, we can also dive into music theory and ear training (solfège). Above all, the joy of making music comes first, with the goal of developing your own musical identity, style, and taste.
